| This file contains a list of Concept to appear in the Great Library. Each Concept entry in the file must have two Icon IDs. The first is not used and can be set to CONCEPT_DEFAULT_ICON. The second must be a valid Icon ID from UnitIcon.txt and sets the data to be used in the Great Library. The first line of the file must contain the total number of concepts in the file. |
